Our technical support team provides support Monday through Friday, 7am to 8pm, assisting with all Aloha technical support questions. We also provide a 24/7 emergency service to help keep your systems operational so you can focus on your business. Our support team specializes in keeping not only the software functioning as intended, but assisting you with your Aloha hardware when the need arises. If you prefer a more hands off support model, our technical dispatch team may be contracted to provide site-level support. Whatever your Aloha needs are, our technical support team can help.
Our menu support team is available Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm to help with all facets of your operations. Our deep roots in the Colorado restaurant community shine through in our menu support team; all of our programming support technicians come from strong restaurant backgrounds and will be comfortable consulting you on decisions from the flow and guest count of your establishment, to the most efficient way of setting up your reports, to the naming conventions of your items. We offer free in-house and remote training with our phone support contracts, and do our best to help train managers and their teams on how to best maintain their own Aloha systems.
