Aloha Expert Advisors have the ability to effectively implement and support the increasingly complex systems of restaurant organizations as well as translate business requirements and strategies into successful Aloha deployments.
“It was a multi-step process,” says Jesse Hutchinson. “First my application was accepted, then I had to participate in a board exam as well as a series of hands-on implementation exercises. When they announced I had been accepted at the TechFest closing night dinner, I was nearly speechless.” Robert Barron, Operations Manager for BECPOS had to force Hutchinson to apply to the program. “Jesse wasn’t sure he was up to the challenge,” Barron recalls. “But I knew better. Jesse’s attention to detail, his deep understanding of the AlohaPOS software and the restaurant industry as a whole, I never doubted he was a shoo-in for the program.”
The Aloha Expert Advisor Program is more than just a piece of paper; there are responsibilities that go along with the post. In the coming year, Hutchinson will be expected to mentor other implementation technicians, educate existing technicians at annual conferences and events as well validate and approve future technicians seeking Aloha Expert Advisor certification. Barron notes, “By being one of only six technicians selected for the Aloha Expert Advisor Program – out of nearly 700 across the NCR Aloha hospitality channel – Jesse helps further secure BECPOS’ place as a top Aloha reseller.”
