BECPOS Staff & Company Raise Funds for Local Elementary

From Rob Barron: BECPOS Stober Elementary, serving the Golden & Lakewood neighborhoods in Denver, CO, recently held its Stober Stampede, a one mile student fun run, to help raise funds for the school’s general coffers. All the Stober students, grades K-6, raised funds for each of the five laps they completed in the fun run. BEC’s Rob Barron has a kindergartener that attends Stober – his oldest child, Jorja. So Rob passed the hat around the building and BEC staff kicked in nearly $200, which BEC then matched! All told, Jorja turned in $400 for her 5 lap, one mile, fun run. The school’s overall monetary goal for the Stober Stampede was $5,000 and BEC certainly went above and beyond to help Stober reach that goal.
