“BEC congratulates Elway’s at DIA on a wildly successful opening day yesterday. Showcasing prime beef, jet-fresh seafood, and a superb collection of wine, beer, and spirits, Elway’s DIA will provide an excellent and relaxed dining environment for weary travelers tired of typical airport fare.“
Today, Elway’s opens its doors to travelers at the Denver International Airport in Concourse B, where it promises to serve Colorado-centric dishes daily from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. in a space that can host up to 147 guests. Named for NFL Hall of Fame Inductee, Denver Broncos Executive Vice President of Football Operations and former quarterback John Elway, the new Elway’s restaurant will add more options to the increasing number of Colorado-based restaurants at the airport, with Udi’s (already operating) and RootDown (opening soon), among them.
“The airport is actively transforming many of its concessions in the coming years to give travelers options from local, national and international brands,” says Kim Day, DIA’s Manager of Aviation. “Elway’s is in the unique position of being an iconic Colorado brand with international name recognition. We’re proud to welcome Elway’s to DIA, and we look forward to adding additional dynamic dining and shopping choices for our passengers soon,” she adds.
